Lukas Vesely is a highly skilled bassist, pianist, and multi-instrumentalist from Prague, Czech Republic, with over 30 years of performance and teaching experience across jazz, classical, funk, reggae, and rock. He has performed and recorded with notable jazz innovators including Grachan Moncur III, Alex Acuna, and Bob Moses, and toured extensively with rock acts including Secondhand Serenade, The Fray, and The Scorpions. A faculty member at Stanford Jazz Workshop and prolific composer, he is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
