Frank Catalano

Frank Catalano is a Chicago-born jazz saxophonist known for his signature sound and versatility across jazz, rock, and pop collaborations. Beginning his professional career at age 18 with Delmark Records, he has performed with jazz legends including Miles Davis, Randy Brecker, and Von Freeman, as well as major recording artists like Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé. Despite losing his right middle finger in a 1994 accident, Catalano overcame the injury through reconstruction surgery and perseverance to become one of the most in-demand saxophonists today, averaging 150 concerts annually.
