Fred Wesley & The New JBs is a jazz-funk band led by legendary trombonist and bandleader Fred Wesley, one of the forefathers of funk. Together for more than 30 years, the group celebrates roots funk and soulful jazz, performing classic hits from Wesley's time with James Brown and Parliament-Funkadelic alongside original compositions.
