Flow were an American sax-rock/psychedelic band from Ocala, Florida that released a self-titled album on Creed Taylor's independent CTI Records in 1970. The group blended jazz influence with rock, folk, and country-psych elements, featuring multi-instrumentalist John Winter on keyboards and saxophones alongside guitarist Don Felder, who would later achieve fame as a founding member of The Eagles.
