Sylvester Burks

Sylvester Burks is a legendary keyboardist, producer, and musical director based in the San Francisco Bay Area with over five decades of experience in music. He has worked and toured with numerous Grammy-winning and platinum artists including Patti LaBelle, Yolanda Adams, Walter Hawkins, and Donnie McClurkin, and served as musical director for high-profile events including Courteney Cox's wedding. A self-taught musician who began playing by ear as a child, Burks owns slykeys recording studios and continues to work as a session musician, arranger, and music engineer.
