Steve Hiltner

Steve Hiltner is a saxophonist, clarinetist, and composer best known for leading Sustainable Jazz, an original jazz ensemble based in Princeton. A classically-trained multi-instrumentalist with deep roots in the Ann Arbor jazz scene, he has performed with the Lunar Octet for nearly 40 years at festivals across the Midwest, England, and California, and has also pursued parallel careers as an environmental educator and natural resources manager.
