V. Selvaganesh is an Indian percussionist and one of the leading kanjira players of his generation, working in the Carnatic classical tradition. He gained international recognition through tours with John McLaughlin's group Remember Shakti and has collaborated with jazz and world music artists including Jonas Hellborg and Shawn Lane. In 2024, he won a Grammy Award as a member of Shakti for the album 'This Moment.'
