Scott Foster Combo

Scott Foster is a jazz guitarist and music educator based in San Francisco, serving as Performing Arts Department Chair and Jazz Band Director at Urban School of San Francisco and faculty member at Community Music Center since 1992. He has been a regular performer at Bird & Beckett Books & Records since 2002, bringing in freshly conceived combos on the third Friday of each month and performing duo guitar performances emphasizing counterpoint and conversation within the jazz standard tradition.
