Sam Heminger is a jazz bassist and music educator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He studied music at Seattle University and has been teaching at Synergy School for several years while maintaining an active performance career as a working jazz musician. He is a founding member of The Pentatonics, an Orff-Jazz band that makes jazz music accessible to audiences of all ages.
