American-Salvadorean pianist and composer Ruthie Dineen was born in Fairfield, CA and earned a performance degree in Jazz Studies from the California Jazz Conservatory in 2012. A founding member and co-leader of the chamber jazz ensemble Negative Press Project, she performs with prominent Bay Area bands and serves as Executive Director of Programs at the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts.
