Ron Jackson

Ron Jackson is an American jazz guitarist, composer, and arranger born in 1964 in the Philippines. A versatile musician skilled on 6-string, 7-string, and electric bass, he has performed, recorded, and taught music in over 30 countries, appearing on over 40 albums and releasing multiple albums as a leader. Based in New York City, Jackson is also an acclaimed educator who has taught at Jazz at Lincoln Center, The New School, and other institutions.
