Ray Obiedo is a contemporary jazz guitarist born in Richmond, California in 1952 who has built a career blending jazz fusion, Latin jazz, and R&B influences. He has collaborated with jazz luminaries including Herbie Hancock, George Duke, and Sheila E., and released five albums on Windham Hill Jazz in the 1990s before establishing his own Rhythmus Records label.
