Peter White

British guitarist Peter White was born in 1954 in Luton, England and spent 20 years as a key collaborator with singer-songwriter Al Stewart before launching a prolific solo career in smooth jazz. Known for his distinctive nylon-string acoustic guitar sound, White has become one of the major figures in contemporary smooth jazz, with numerous chart-topping hits and frequent collaborations with fellow jazz artists.
