Oakland-born saxophonist, clarinetist, and composer Nathan Nakadegawa-Lee embodies a striking mix of sounds deriving from jazz, improvised, vocal, and blues traditions. A BFA graduate of The New School's Jazz and Contemporary Music program, he has performed internationally and regularly appears in the Bay Area and New York City jazz venues.
