Luis Peralta

Luis Peralta is a pianist from Oakland, California now living in Brooklyn, New York. Beginning piano studies at age seven, he pursued serious training in European classical and jazz music, earning a full scholarship to The New School in 2019 where he pursued a dual-degree BFA in Jazz Studies and BA in Psychology. He has studied with renowned pianists including Sullivan Fortner, Fred Hersch, and David Virelles, and performed at venues including Smalls Jazz Club, Mezzrow, and The Django.
