Longfellow Middle School Jazz Band

Longfellow Middle School Jazz Band is a student ensemble from Berkeley, California, known for excellence in jazz education. The program has a renowned history dating back to the late 1960s when it was pioneered by Phil Hardymon and Dick Whittington as part of Berkeley's innovative jazz curriculum, and continues to perform at venues including Yoshi's jazz club in Oakland.
