Lamine Cissokho

Lamine Cissokho is a Senegalese griot and kora master from Casamance, descended from a prestigious family whose musical traditions date back to the 14th century. He blends traditional Mandingo melodies with jazz, world music, and contemporary influences, performing internationally at major festivals and venues while also teaching master classes on kora techniques and repertoire.
