Jon Beshay

A versatile multi-instrumentalist and composer based in Brooklyn, Jon Beshay has quickly become a fixture in the New York jazz scene, performing with jazz luminaries including Eric Reed and Christian McBride as well as leading his own band. Originally from southeast Michigan, his musical style is shaped by Detroit's hard bop tradition and blues aesthetic, and he regularly performs at NYC venues including Smalls, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and Birdland.
