Håkon Kornstad

Norwegian saxophonist and operatic tenor born in Oslo in 1977, Håkon Kornstad is known for seamlessly blending jazz improvisation with classical opera. A classically trained singer and accomplished saxophonist on tenor, bass saxophone, and flute, he has collaborated with major international jazz figures and performs innovative solo concerts featuring live looping and acoustic saxophones.
