Award-winning vocalist and songwriter Gretchen Parlato is recognized as one of the most inventive and mesmerizing jazz vocalists of her generation. Known for her nuanced, intimate style and consummate control, she seamlessly melds influences from Brazilian music, West African percussion, and scat singing into a modern brand of creative contemporary jazz.
