Gregorio Uribe

Gregorio Uribe is a Colombian accordionist, singer, and composer based in New York who leads the Gregorio Uribe Big Band, a 16-piece ensemble that blends Colombian rhythms like cumbia with powerful jazz big band arranging. A Berklee College of Music graduate, Uribe has performed with Grammy winners Rubén Blades and Carlos Vives, and was named one of Colombia's 100 Most Outstanding Citizens Abroad.
