Greg Abate is a jazz saxophonist, flutist, composer, and arranger born in 1947 who studied at Berklee College of Music and performed with the Ray Charles Orchestra and Artie Shaw Orchestra. A post-hard bop soloist and educator, he has recorded over 17 albums as leader and tours internationally approximately 225 days per year.
