Fred Randolph Quartet

Fred Randolph is a versatile bassist, composer, arranger, and educator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he developed a deep passion for jazz after studying guitar, saxophone, and trumpet before settling on the bass as his primary instrument. With a Master's degree in composition, Randolph leads the Fred Randolph Quintet and maintains an active presence as both a freelance bassist and bandleader on the West Coast jazz scene.
