Originally from Bristol, RI, Eric Benny Bloom is one of the most diverse trumpet players in the country. A Grammy-winning musician who has toured internationally and performed on major television shows, he is known for his work with critically-acclaimed funk band Lettuce and collaborations spanning jazz, funk, hip-hop, and rock. Based in New Orleans since 2014, he performs with groups including the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Preservation Hall, and his own ensembles.
