Booker T. Jones is an American multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, record producer, and arranger best known as the frontman of Booker T. & the M.G.'s, the legendary Stax Records house band. A musical prodigy who began his professional career at 16, Jones co-wrote the iconic instrumental 'Green Onions' and has worked with countless major artists including Otis Redding, Willie Nelson, and Neil Young, earning a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.
