Booker T. Jones is an American multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, record producer, and arranger best known as the frontman of Booker T. & the M.G.'s, the legendary Stax Records house band. A key architect of the Memphis soul sound, Jones co-wrote the classic instrumental 'Green Onions' while still in high school and has collaborated with numerous acclaimed artists including Otis Redding, Willie Nelson, and Bob Dylan, earning a Grammy Award for Lifetime Achievement.
