Bay Area pianist and composer Ben Stolorow is known for introspective, lyrical jazz piano trio work blending classical influences with modern jazz sensibilities. A UC Berkeley graduate and faculty member of the Jazzschool in Berkeley, he has performed at major venues including Yoshi's, the Kuumbwa Jazz Center, and jazz festivals throughout the Bay Area and Japan, studying with renowned pianists including Fred Hersch, Stanley Cowell, and David Hazeltine.
