Attakid

Founded in 2012 by Daniel Casares (sax and vocals) and Max Cowan (keyboards and vocals), Atta Kid creates a musical bridge between East Bay funk and New Orleans soul. The Bay Area-based ensemble is equally at home in dive bars or jazz clubs, featuring original compositions alongside reimagined covers of jazz classics and funk standards.
