Andrew Conklin (b. 1984) is a Grammy-nominated composer, guitarist, and bassist who creates music traversing American vernacular idioms and contemporary classical practices. He has toured throughout the United States and Europe with indie rock bands, bluegrass groups, and improvising ensembles, and currently serves as Associate Professor and Program Director of Composition and Music Theory at University of the Pacific.
